Founded in 2020, Jay’s Impact is a nonprofit organization committed to transforming the lives of young adults in our community. We specialize in empowering youth aged 17 to 24 through comprehensive workforce development programs. Our mission is to inspire, motivate, and guide the next generation by providing them with the tools and skills they need to succeed in today’s world.

At Jay’s Impact, we believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to build a bright future. We offer courses designed to prepare youth both mentally and physically for the workforce, covering everything from job readiness and soft skills to career-specific training.
